The Five Most In-Demand Professions in the U.S.

If you are looking for a job, you know that many openings have more applicants than employers can manage. Often, interviews are delayed so that Human Resources professionals can go through the stacks and stacks of applications flooding their inboxes. At other times, only those applicants who apply first are even considered, while others are placed in an "on hold" pile. For the most part, job applicants must stand out above all others, both with education and work experience, to even receive an interview. This can be truly troubling if you are just entering the workforce or if you are returning after a long absence.

Luckily, there is a way to combat the difficulty in finding gainful employment. Look at those careers that are most in demand.
